Here are a few of the most important things registrants need to know:

  •  Westford Academy’s address is 30 Patten Rd., Westford, MA.
  • Symposium hours are 8:30-3:30. Please plan to arrive by 8:30 so you can check in, have some light morning refreshments, visit our Garden Marketplace and Silent Auction table, and grab a seat in the auditorium by 9:00 AM. Following brief opening remarks, our first presentation (David L. Culp, “Perennials: The Best Plants of Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow”) will start promptly at 9:15.
  • There is ample free parking, including handicapped-accessible spots. MMGA volunteers will be in the parking lot to direct you.
  • You do not need a ticket. Just stop at our Check-In Table to pick up your packet.
  • Based on what sandwich you selected when you registered, lunch is all set. Light snacks and beverages will also be available at mid-morning and afternoon breaks.
  • You must be present to win Silent Auction items and door prizes. Winning Silent Auction bids will be announced at 1:45-2:15; door prize winners will be drawn at 12:30-12:45 and more at 3:15-3:30.
  • Some of the vendors in our Garden Marketplace may not have the ability to accept credit or debit cards. You are encouraged to bring a bit of cash or your checkbook. The Silent Auction will accept cash, checks or credit/debit cards.
